ICC Development Panels and the Two-Year Cycle
The ICC Umpire Development Panels operate within a structured two-year cycle, during which officials are assessed, developed, and given opportunities to perform at higher levels of the game. Selection to Panel A places Srinidhi among an emerging group of umpires globally.
This cycle also provides an important pathway for progression—Panel B umpires have the opportunity to advance based on their performance, consistency, and dedication, while also opening doors for new umpires to be selected and developed within the system.

“Honoured and humbled to be selected to the ICC Umpire Development Panel A.
It’s been a long road—countless matches, long days on the field, difficult decisions, constant learning, and many sacrifices along the way. A lot of the work happens quietly behind the scenes, and I’m grateful for every opportunity I’ve had to learn and grow.
A sincere thank you to Cricket Finland, ICC, and my family for their constant support. I’m also really grateful to all my mentors, umpiring gurus, and colleagues who have guided me, supported me, and believed in me over the years.
I’m looking forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead—learning from experienced officials around the world and continuing to improve with every match.
