All questions regarding the player transfer process and rules should be sent to the League Support System either by email to or through the portal at https://cricketfinland.freshdesk.com
The process below is a simplification of the steps detailed in the rules. A player may transfer once during a single season. Please complete the following steps to request for a player to be transferred to your club:
Completing the transfer process
Agree with the player that they will transfer to your club.
Pay the non-refundable transfer application fee of 30 euros to Cricket Finland (IBAN FI97 5541 2820 0312 44, reference number 33970) and save a digital receipt of the transaction. [Please note new bank account]
Complete the player transfer form or write the same details in the body of an e-mail.
Attach the digital receipt from step 2 and send the e-mail to the league support system ().
If the summer season or the winter season is underway when the application is sent and the transfer should occur as soon as possible, a 21-day waiting period starts from the day following the date when the application is sent. The player cannot play in any CF competition with club-based representation during the waiting period. (Exceptions apply as stated in the rules.)
If the application is sent during the summer or winter season but the transfer is to be executed at a later date, the 21-day waiting period will commence from the date of execution of the transfer. The player may play for their old club before the execution of the transfer. (Exceptions apply as stated in the rules.)
No waiting period is applied outside the seasons. The player can play for the new club when the transfer has been executed.
The League Administrator will contact the player and the old club to establish whether the old club has valid objections to the transfer.
If no objections are registered or they are found invalid, the League Administrator will complete the process and execute the transfer.
An affected party may appeal the decision to the Dispute Resolution Committee. See the rules for further details.
